Production of Vaccines: Demonstration of immune response to StorPro®

  1. StorPro® bodies containing the antigen are actively phagocyted and the antigen is efficiently delivered to the antigen presentation cells (APCs), the first step in inducing an immune response.
  2. ELISPOT analysis shows the induction of a strong cellular response in mice inoculated with StorPro® bodies even without adjuvant.
  3. It has been shown that administration of tumour antigen as a StorPro® organelle protects mice by retarding the growth of the tumour.
