Zera® in Insect Cells
Zera® induces the formation of StorPro® bodies in different insect cells, such as Sf9, H5 and Sf21. Several peptides and proteins have been shown to accumulate inside insect cell derived StorPro® organelles when fused to Zera® domain. In the figures, electron microscopy of StorPro® bodies containing Zera®-EGF in Sf9 and confocal microscopy of Zera®-DsRED induced StorPro® in Sf9.
