JOINT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS (“JDA”)

ERA BIOTECH® is a strong believer of collaborative agreements with well defined goals and deliverables.

Before entering into a longer term project, project teams from both parties meet face-to-face to scope the product development opportunity, to define success, to agree on what each party does and how the arising intellectual property rights are organized, a.o.. We call this the 5% of inspiration of our JDA.

A JDA is a well balanced collaboration commitment aimed to become or to lead to a licensing agreement. Each License Agreement is a bespoken document and is the result of the 95% of transpiration of the collaboration, the hard work and the deliverables as per workplan.
