2002 - 2007

•          Established as ERA Plantech, a spin-off from CSIC, as a scientific venture around one assembler peptide found in nature

•          5 patent families filed

2008 - 2010

•          Became a Company in 2007 when first VC companies funded ERA BIOTECH®, formed a research and development team

•          Did some Service work to “test the water“

•          2 more patents è which led to 7 ERA BIOTECH ® patent families, all owned totally by ERA BIOTECH®.

•          +10 M€ funds from private and public capital. 60% of the equity is controlled by 5 VC companies

2011 - …

•          Our technology platform is applicable in the production of  ENZYMES, VACCINES and peptides. Our prime focus is on the highest value added VACCINES and ENZYMES.

•          Management team with a proven track record, leading 20 professionals with a passion for Science and Business (>10 PhDs)
